King's Highway is the name of our restaurant in Palm Springs. When we were building Ace Palm Springs, we couldn't think of name for the restaurant. Jack saw a truck driving by that said “King's Highway” so we named it that. It's also a famous freeway in Brooklyn. King's Highway makes food with local, seasonal ingredients -- good road food.
